The 2026 Square Dance Cruise

We are pleased to offer the opportunity to visit 4 beautiful coastal cities on the Western European Coast, including Lisbon, the capital of Portugal, all while enjoying the first class entertainment and opulence of a large modern cruise ship AND Square Dance at the many sessions we also have planned for you.

This summer sailing should provide us with some beautiful weather, without the ship being too full (and with few children or families as it is still during the school term in most of the UK). [FYI: the same cruise in June 2025 operated at 75% capacity, a very similar level to our 2025 Norwegian Cruise.]

We once again are on the MSC Virtuosa, shown here, which is one of MSC's newest ships having been launched in 2019. This magnificent ship has 18 decks and 2,421 cabins, the majority of which have balconies, as well as many leisure facilities, bars and restaurants.

As we said, during the cruise you will visit 4 ports and have the opportunity to Square Dance:

• 27th June: departing from Southampton at 5pm - with a 'meet and greet' at 2:30 as well as settling in and enjoying the ship's entertainment.
• 28th June: Brest, France, arriving at 11am and leaving at 7pm - a chance to visit the picturesque coastal town before enjoying a late afternoon dance and the evening on board.
• 29th June: day at sea - with a late morning and late afternoon dance, and an evening of MSC's entertainment.
• 30th June: Lisbon, Portugal, arriving at 7am and leaving at 6pm - a chance to visit Portugal's beautiful capital before returning for an evening of MSC entertainment and hopefully a late night hour dancing.
• 1st July: Vigo, Spain, arriving at 9am and leaving at 6pm - a fishing village on the North West coast, before a late afternoon dance and an evening on board.
• 2nd July: day at sea - with a late morning and late afternoon dance, before an evening of MSC entertainment.
• 3rd July: Cherbourg, France, arriving at 8am and leaving at 8pm - our last port and a final late afternoon dance before the last night on board.
• 4th July: arriving in Southampton at 7am

As outlined above, adding to the normal Cruise ship entertainment, Kevin Lovell will be calling a mixture of Mainstream, Plus and Advanced dance sessions during the week. Apart from the late night sessions, we hope each will be 2-2.5 hours long, and most will be a mix of all three levels (with 30-45mins occasionally dedicated to Advanced). There'll be about 20 hours of dancing to supplement your cruise with at least half of the time available to all of the dancers who join us.

The sessions are being scheduled to minimise the impact on your enjoyment of the cruise itself, though a late lunch and late dinner will be necessary to increase the likelihood of our being able to use the SportPlex for our dancing. Where possible we will have them while at sea, or towards the end of the 'in port' time allowing everyone to visit the port first.

All sessions will be available to you for just a £35 per person charge, which will be collected along with the balance of the cruise cost in March 2026.

Speaking of which ... We are very pleased that we have arranged a significantly discounted price for you which includes many great benefits. It is a price which includes not only full board (an en-suite cabin and all meals, plus snacks) but also has the upgrade to the Fantastica experience, reserved evening meal table, breakfast room service, the main evening shows, gratuities/tips, AND the Premium Extra Drinks Package offering alcoholic drinks (up to €14 in value) as well as hot and cold drinks and bottled water.
At the time we negotiated the price, this was a discount of over £550 on the standard early booking prices per cabin.

To provide the best price possible, we have organised a 'simplified' dynamic pricing with a bigger discount on the first dozen cabins, a slightly higher price on the next dozen, but a little more after that with a maximum of 40 cabins available (this may sound a lot, but we had 43 cabins for our 2025 cruise with another 5 parties dissappointed).

The per person prices we are able to offer for those sharing a cabin (all of which includes full board, drinks, admin, and gratuities) are:

All of these prices are for a shared cabin, be it with a double bed or with twin beds (both configurations available in all cabins).
If you desire a single occupancy, this is possible with just a 20% surcharge, but we are very limited on how many single occupancy cabins we can have within the group - once our allocation has gone, we would need to renegotiate the rate with MSC where it is likely to be a 50% (or higher as the 'standard' rate is 100%) surcharge, and is still subject to availability.

We are also happy for non-dancers to come along too, be they a non dancing partner or friend sharing the cabin, we just ask for a £20 supplement per non-dancer.

As we indicated above, regardless of which cabin you choose, you will get:

• A comfortable, well appointed, en-suite cabins.
• All of your meals included, with our group sitting together for the evening meal in their 8pm seating.
• Their 'Premium Extra Drinks Package' which gives you alcoholic drinks and cocktails, house wines, virgin cocktails, sodas, juices and soft drinks, and classic hot drinks and bottled water - in fact nearly everythying up to €14 bar value ... though you are limited to 14 alcoholic drinks per person per day. • Entry to the standard West End Style Theatre shows each evening.
• Access to the sports facilities, pool and gym
• The option of room service (though there would be a surcharge for it's use in the evening, but free delivery of breakfast).

If you would like to join us on this Cruise Adventure, we will need you to complete a booking form which can be found here.
The completed form must then be emailed or handed (or posted if necessary) to us... Our preference is that you scan or take a photo of it and email it to us at info@allsquare.uk If this is not possible please contact us at the same email address or on 07796695575 to get our home address so that you can mail it to us instead.

We will also require a £100 per person non-refundable deposit - we must pass this on to MSC to secure the cabin which is then retained even if the booking is cancelled. We hope you understand.
When you send us your booking form we will provide details of the bank account to which you should send the deposit. Again, if you are not able to do a bank transfer please let us know and we will give you our home address allowing you to mail it to us instead.

The cruise balance will need to be paid to us by the 25th March, 2026.
Up to this time, should you wish to cancel, all money you have given us, except for the initial £100pp non-refundable deposit, will be returned to you.
After the end of February, the following will be retained based on MSC's standard cancellation policy:
    - Up to the 25th March: just the deposit.
    - Up to the 25th April: £150pp
    - Up to the 25th May 50% of the total
    - Up to the 10th June: 75% of the total
